Choose the Right Garza Office
For a named county release or transfer, start with Garza County Jail. Use the clerk for judgments, dismissals, bond orders, and court dispositions. Adult probation handles court-ordered community supervision, not TDCJ parole. Dalby is a state prison, and its front office is not a substitute for a TDCJ historical-record request.

TDCJ Information Requests
Email TDCJ inmate information at pia@tdcj.texas.gov. Put the person's name in the subject and supply the full name plus seven-digit TDCJ number. If that number is unknown, include an exact date of birth, or approximate age and county of conviction. TDCJ says this basic listed service is free and does not provide photographs through email. Verify any changing Review and Release Processing phone number on the official TDCJ page before calling.
